Product Sales:
Actively selling and cross-selling various bank products like insurance, ULIPs, SIPs, mortgages, and mutual funds.
Customer Relationship Management:
Managing an assigned customer base, resolving queries, and ensuring account activation (UPI, balance maintenance).
Lead Generation:
Conducting micro-marketing activities, cold calls, and leveraging local networks for new leads.
Sales Targets:
Meeting individual and branch sales targets for profitability.
Compliance:
Strictly following KYC norms, banking regulations, and internal policies.
Field Activities:
Engaging in corporate events, customer onboarding, and local area outreach.
Key Skills & Focus Areas:
Strong sales and convincing skills.
Good area knowledge for lead generation.
Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service.
Understanding of banking products and financial services.
Work Environment:
Involves travel within the city for sales activities.
Requires working in coordination with branch teams.
