1.Create and update Accurate customer database
2.Generation of enquiries
3.Keep a track of market information and all competitor activities particularly new projects, product offerings, promotional schemes, pricing etc.
4.Follow up on continuous basis with prospects until closure of order
5. Key account management
6. Analysis of lost order and its reporting
7.Follow supporting system as prescribed by management
8.Analyze performance at periodic intervals and take necessary corrective measures
9.Plan and schedule visits to new prospective customers and current customers
10.Co-ordinate all activities related to customer satisfaction
11.Participate in various exhibitions, trade fairs, seminars and other promotional activities as guided by management
12. Follow up for timely recovery of payments
