Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Participate in pricing the solution/service

Explore new market for composite based products

Ensure that new inquiries and new customers are generated

Prepare market research reports for new products and put up to MD

Helping Central sales team in legal contractual arrangement with dealers, distributors and liaising agents

Ensurethat annual targets set by the management are achieved

Help marketing manager to prepare templates and tools like presentation for brand

building and new catalogues etc.

Visit customer sites periodically and meet customer representatives (Where require)to maintain better relations

Provide inputs to production for prioritizing monthly production and dispatch plans&changes if required in between the tenure

Furnish requirements for registration with new customers/ consultants

Ensure upkeep relevant records

Monitor and ensure that objectives related to Sales department are achieved related to Railway business.

Authority



Decisions on final quote and discounts in consultation with Central sales head and Unit head

Sharing basic information of the organization in terms of products, process, technicalman power, list of customer etc. in soft and/or hard copy

Completely authorized to take all decisions pertaining to the sales function and shall consult unit head wherever necessary

Authorized to take all decisions pertaining to Liasoning and negotiating with clients,

various other companies, government (regarding tenders) etc.

Authorized to exercise control on the marketing budget

Accountability



Adherence to departmental procedural requirements

Achievement of departmental objectives

Liaison with customer on commercial terms

Smooth co-ordination and communication flow with customer

Development of market / business of specific product vertical

Timely submission of tenders and quotation

Location : Vadodara.



Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
