Job Role & Responsibilities



Meet and manage

key customer accounts

in assigned territories Understand customer requirements and provide

technical-sales solutions

Provide

post-sales support

, including post-installation checks and customer coordination Conduct

product and system training

for customers and their teams Prepare, generate, and present

sales reports, MIS, and forecasts

Coordinate with

internal teams

(operations, service, projects, and accounts) Travel requirement:

50% local market & 50% other territories


Key Skills Required



Strong

English communication skills

(verbal & written) Hands-on experience with

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and MIS reporting Sound understanding of

HVAC & Refrigeration systems

Customer-facing, solution-oriented approach

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month

How many years of experience do you have in HVAC & Refrigeration sales or technical?sales roles? Have you directly handled customer accounts in a sales role? Have you previously worked in a role involving technical?sales discussions for HVAC/R systems? Have you previously conducted post?installation checks or customer coordination after project completion? How would you rate your understanding of HVAC & Refrigeration systems? How would you rate your English communication skills (verbal and written)? Have you delivered customer presentations or participated in technical?sales meetings? How would you rate your proficiency in MS Excel (MIS, trackers, reporting)? Are you proficient in preparing and presenting sales presentations using PowerPoint? This role requires 50% local and 50% inter?territory travel. Are you comfortable with this? What is your notice period? What is your current CTC and expected CTC? Briefly explain why you believe you are a strong fit for this role?
