Job Summary:



We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Engineer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our Safety Products division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, specifically in the field of industrial products. The Sales Executive will establish and nurture client relationships, identify business opportunities, and meet sales targets.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:



Identify prospect potential clients in industries requiring industrial safety products, such as manufacturing, construction, energy, and more. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions based on our product offerings. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use this information to develop effective sales strategies. Prepare and deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients, highlighting our safety products' features, benefits, and value proposition. Understand client requirements and customize product offerings to meet their specific needs, providing quotations and proposals as necessary. Negotiate terms and close sales deals, ensuring both customer satisfaction and company profitability. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, campaigns, and strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Keep track of sales activities, maintain accurate records, and provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, promote products, and stay updated on market developments. Provide after-sales support, address customer inquiries and concerns, and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry regulations and standards related to industrial safety products and communicate these to clients as needed.

Education:



Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:



Proven track record of 2 to 4 years in sales, preferably in the field of industrial safety products and micro-electrical products.

Required Skills and Capabilities:



Strong knowledge of industrial products, micro-electrical products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and internal teams. Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events. Understanding industry regulations and safety standards is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
