Job Description

Sales Development

: Identify and target potential customers in the automotive sector, including OEMs.

Relationship Management

: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring continued business and customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise

: Provide technical support to customers, explaining product features, benefits, and specifications related to rubber-based automotive products.

Proposal & Quotation Management

: Prepare detailed sales proposals, pricing, and quotations based on customer requirements.

Sales Strategy

: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to develop and implement sales strategies that align with company objectives.

Market Research

: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to effectively position the company's offerings.

Project Management

: Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality) to ensure that customer specifications are met, from concept through to product delivery.

Sales Targets

: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) as set by management.

Product Development Support

: Work closely with R&D and product management to offer feedback from customers, providing insights into potential product improvements or new offerings.

Pay: ?432,438.27 - ?890,216.79 per year
