Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the packaging and machinery sector.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable
Boix machinery solutions
.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Prepare and deliver
sales proposals, quotations, and commercial negotiations
.
Collaborate with the technical team for installation, commissioning, and after-sales support.
Achieve defined sales targets and contribute to overall business growth strategies.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term partnerships.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering
(preferred).
Minimum
4+ years of experience
in sales of industrial machinery, packaging equipment, or capital goods.
Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate engineering concepts effectively to customers.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to
travel extensively across India
.
Proficiency in
MS Office
; experience with
CRM tools
is an advantage.
Fluency in English (written & spoken).
