At least 10 years in industrial/institutional sales (AC VFDs, motors, control panels, PLCs, test & measurement)
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Reports to:
Company leadership; manages a team of Sales Engineers
Key Responsibilities
Manage key customers and OEMs:
Develop and maintain direct relationships with key industrial accounts and original equipment manufacturers, ensuring consistent support and account growth.
Service sales:
Promote and sell service contracts (spares, repairs and maintenance) for ABB drives and related equipment in addition to product sales.
Lead generation via consultants & projects:
Identify and generate leads by actively engaging with electrical, HVAC and project consultants, and by networking on large upcoming projects.
Drive individual and team targets:
Achieve both personal and team revenue targets by managing and motivating the sales team while maintaining your own sales pipeline.
Strategic planning & team leadership:
Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base; recruit, set objectives and coach Sales Engineers, presenting realistic forecasts and reports to management.
Customer & market intelligence:
Cultivate long?term partnerships with industrial clients, consultants and institutions; monitor competitor activity and market shifts; communicate customer feedback to internal design, programming and service teams.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven record of meeting or exceeding product and service sales targets with technical customers.
Strong leadership, mentoring and people?management skills.
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers, consultants and team members.
Proactive lead generator with established consultant and OEM networks.
Own vehicle for local travel and willingness to travel; self?starter capable of generating enquiries independently.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
