Danfoss is looking for a Senior Sales Engineer (DPD division)- cluster East. You will be part of regional business (industry business except HI), based out at Kolkata, India. In this role you will be reporting to local division Manager. You will be primarily responsible for lead generation specially from white space and execution of orders through partner. Also responsible for establishing sales target for partner and ensure sales achievement through regular review and implementation of improvement plans as needed. Job Responsibilities Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following. 1. Develop current growth hotspots further within especially the Industry segment, Chemical/Pharma/Sugar & Ethanol/Class B-C OEMs/Water Waste Water etc 2. Secure continuous profitable growth in the market with current customers and develop new business to sustain growth. 3. Respect the company\'s channel development policy, develop and expand valuable partners, and innovate business cooperation models. 4. Make partners business evaluation and analysis in order to motivate partners and develop their business capabilities effectively. 5. Make channel development strategy, plan roadmap, to reach business objectives and sales target 6. Collect information and analyze competitors, investigate their implementation effect. In order to optimize channel management and development policies. 7. Assist in developing partners business plans and competency development and feedback effectiveness. 8. The ideal candidate possesses these skills. 1. Bachelor\'s engineering in electrical. 2. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in similar field. 3. Experience of handling partner/distribution business. 4. Technical knowledge of product and applications is a must. 5.
