Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales process for CNC machines, tooling, and automation solutions -- from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with manufacturing clients and industry partners.
Assess customer requirements in CNC solutions.
Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, proposals.
Collaborate with engineering, applications, and service teams to ensure successful project execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior sales engineers to improve team capability.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
8-10 years of proven sales experience in CNC machinery.
Strong technical understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling systems, and automation.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
Existing industry network is highly desirable.
