We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated B2B Sales Engineer with strong technical and communication skills to drive business growth in Odisha.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow business with existing key customers in the Metal, Cement, and Power sectors.
Actively identify new opportunities with OEMs and end customers to expand market share.
Help customers understand product values, differentiators, and application benefits of Industrial Hydraulics and Lubrication Solutions.
Provide engineering-based solutions to address customer challenges in fluid power and lubrication systems.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on technical & commercial quotations.
Lead negotiations and close deals in line with company policies.
Collaborate with technical support teams to ensure successful project execution.
Build long-term customer relationships by providing reliable after-sales support.
Candidate Profile Experience:
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in Industrial Equipment, Hydraulics, Lubrication, Bearings, or related industries.
Education: B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering fields.Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand and explain engineering solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, result-driven, and able to work independently.
Willingness to travel across Odisha for customer meetings.
