About the Role



We're looking for a strategic and creative Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you'll partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement programs that drive performance across the sales organization. This is a high-impact role that requires a blend of content creation, instructional design, training delivery, and strategic thinking.

Location: Remote, India

Hours: Must be available to work US-Hours (6:30 pm- 2:30 am IST)

What You'll Do


Design and lead training programs for B2B sales teams, with a focus on both foundational and advanced selling skills. Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions (virtual) that boost rep confidence and effectiveness. Create and manage scalable enablement content, playbooks, and resources that align with the buyer journey. Own and evolve the sales playbook in partnership with Sales Leadership Work cross-functionally to identify skills gaps, define key performance metrics, and execute training that drives measurable outcomes. Leverage Salesforce (and other sales tech) to gather insights, measure enablement impact, and optimize programs. Collaborate with SMEs to develop and enhance learning materials -- including video content Champion creativity and innovation across enablement programs, adapting to the needs of a growing, fast-paced team.

Job Requirement



5+ years of experience in a Sales Enablement or Sales Training role. Prior experience in a B2B sales role -- you understand the challenges sellers face firsthand. Hands-on experience with Salesforce or another major CRM. Proven track record of content creation (slide decks, enablement guides, talk tracks, etc.). Experience in facilitating instructor-led training sessions for sales teams. Creative problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and initiative. Self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments and takes initiative without waiting to be asked. Fluent English speaker with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats. Reliable access to high-speed internet and ability to be on camera for all remote meetings as part of a video-first culture. Nice-to-Haves Experience with Apollo, Outreach, or other sequencing/engagement tools. Experience with Clari Copilot or other conversational intelligence tools Familiarity with the Staffing or recruiting industry. Working knowledge of MEDDPICC, Sandler, or other sales methodologies. Ability to edit and produce video training content is a strong bonus.
