As a Senior SDR focused on the North American market, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales pipeline by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise leads. This role demands a proactive, target-driven professional who excels at starting conversations with senior decision-makers and converting interest into qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Lead Generation: Execute high-volume outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to engage prospects in North America.
  • Qualification & Discovery: Assess prospect needs, understand business challenges, and identify sales-ready opportunities.
  • Research & Insights: Stay updated on industry insights, competitor positioning, and market triggers relevant to enterprise prospects.
  • CRM Ownership: Log activities, manage lead stages, and maintain data hygiene within HubSpot (or equivalent CRM).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with Account Executives, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and improve conversion metrics.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4+ years of SDR experience targeting the North American market in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven success in cold outbound sales (calls, emails, social outreach).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially when dealing with senior enterprise stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Strong research abilities, self-driven work ethic, and ability to hit and exceed pipeline targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
