What would you be required to do?




1. Curate Client Journeys:




Deeply understand each client's vision, aspirations, and design sensibilities to offer impeccably natural stones. Deliver exclusive, personalised presentations and private gallery tours of our luxury collection at The Quarry Gallery. Cultivate and nurture high-value relationships with HNIs, UHNIs, and leading figures in the architecture and design fraternity.

Lead Strategic Sales Initiatives




Take full ownership of the sales lifecycle from the first conversation to the final handshake. Partner with architects, interior designers, and key decision-makers to propose refined, value-driven solutions. Proactively manage and convert high-quality leads from B2B partners, curated events, and targeted marketing efforts.

Collaborate to Elevate




Liaise seamlessly with Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams to deliver flawless, end-to-end client experiences. Influence product curation and gallery aesthetics to enhance engagement and inspire purchase decisions.

Analyse, Innovate, and Excel




Maintain records of client interactions, project progress, and sales metrics. Stay ahead of the curve by tracking global luxury trends, evolving interior design preferences, and competitor strategies. Continuously refine your expertise through advanced training in product knowledge, client relationship mastery, and negotiation skills.

What skills are we looking for?




An uncompromising passion for problem solving Excellent communication skills- written and verbal Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent analytical skills.

Who qualifies?




Master's Degree in Management 4+ years of Luxury Sales experience
