Manage key customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.
Lead and mentor the sales & marketing team, ensuring continuous skill development and performance.
Oversee brand development, digital marketing initiatives, participation in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities.
Monitor competition, market intelligence, and regulatory changes affecting the aluminum and copper wire industry.
Collaborate with finance and operations to ensure timely order fulfilment, credit management, and efficient supply chain coordination.
Skills & Competencies
Relevant Experience of manufacturing sector of 8-12 years
Strong knowledge of aluminum and copper wire applications in power, automotive, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into market strategies.
Familiarity with international sales channels, export documentation, and compliance will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering/Metallurgy/Electrical/Mechanical preferred.
* MBA in Sales & Marketing or related field will be a strong advantage.
