Position Overview
The
Senior Sales Co-ordinator
will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing new dealers across assigned territories. The role involves developing strong business relationships, ensuring dealer satisfaction, and driving sales growth through effective channel management.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and appoint new dealers/distributors in assigned regions to expand the company's market reach.
Conduct market research to identify potential partners and untapped areas for business growth.
Develop and execute dealer acquisition strategies in alignment with company goals.
Negotiate dealership terms, pricing, and margins to ensure mutual profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring consistent sales performance and brand representation.
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and promotional activities to support dealer sales.
Monitor dealer performance and provide necessary support to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.
Prepare regular reports on dealer appointments, sales performance, and market trends.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in channel sales, preferably in water purifiers, consumer durables, or home appliances.
Proven experience in dealer appointment and channel development.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent understanding of local market dynamics and competition.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively as required.
