What You'll Do:

Lead the centre's strategic direction and operational excellence.

Develop and enhance learning programmes and curriculum quality.

Oversee staff development, mentorship, and performance.

Drive cross-centre initiatives and continuous process improvements.

Manage student enrolments, budgets, and manpower planning.

Ensure quality teaching, student well-being, and stakeholder engagement.
