## Job Overview We are seeking a Customer Service executive to oversee our customer service team and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will be proficient in English and any 1 more regional languauge, possess strong leadership skills, and have experience managing a multilingual team. ## Duties - Manage and supervise the customer service team to achieve performance targets - Communicate with customers in English/hindi to resolve inquiries and issues - Analyse customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Provide leadership and guidance to the team to maintain high service standards ## Qualifications - Proficiency in both English and Hindi languages - Previous experience in supervising or managing a customer service team - Strong analytical skills to interpret customer service metrics - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
