Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the partnerships and sales team for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between internal departments.
Prepare and dispatch legal documents, budgets, proposals, and reports on time.
Maintain and regularly update Sales Dashboards and CRM systems.
Monitor budget approvals, revenue tracking, and ensure adequacy of fund-related material.
Address and respond to corporate and donor queries efficiently.
Process all orders accurately and on schedule.
Update clients on potential delays and coordinate resolutions.
Identify gaps in processes and propose improvements.
Assist in planning and organizing promotional materials and events.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales coordination or administrative roles.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and English communication (written and verbal).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal skills and team coordination capabilities.
