Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Coordinator (Female) to lead and support a sales team of 10-20 members. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales coordination, team management, and customer relationship handling. She will act as a bridge between management, field executives, and clients to ensure smooth business operations and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and motivate a sales team of 10-20 members to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate daily sales operations, assign leads, and track performance.
Prepare and review sales reports, MIS, and performance dashboards.
Maintain effective communication with clients, distributors, and internal departments.
Assist management in planning and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
Ensure timely response to customer inquiries and resolve sales-related issues efficiently.
Manage order processing, follow-ups, and coordination with logistics and accounts teams.
Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for the sales team.
Maintain discipline, team morale, and a professional work environment.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of experiencein sales coordination or team management (preferably in FMCG / Dairy / Diagnostics industry).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and team spirit.
