Job Description

Core responsibilities

Sales support:

Assist the sales team by coordinating schedules, following up on leads, and arranging meetings.

Administrative tasks:

Manage client databases, process orders, handle sales documentation, and prepare quotations and presentations.

Client management:

Communicate with clients, build long-term relationships, and help resolve customer inquiries and issues.

Reporting and analysis:

Generate sales reports, monitor sales targets, and analyze data to inform business decisions.

Team coordination:

Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products or services.

Leadership:

Mentor and oversee junior coordinators and contribute to sales strategy and planning.
Required skills and qualifications

Education:

A Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role is typically required.

Technical skills:

Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is essential.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for liaising with clients and the sales team.

Organizational skills:

Strong organizational abilities and a high level of attention to detail are necessary for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
