Key Responsibilities
Order & Sales Coordination
Process customer orders from receipt to final delivery
Ensure order accuracy, timely dispatch, and proper documentation
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams
Customer Support
Act as the main point of contact for customers
Respond to queries related to products, pricing, delivery status, and availability
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues
Sales Documentation
Prepare and maintain quotations, invoices, order confirmations, and contracts
Maintain proper records of all sales-related documents
CRM & Reporting
Update and maintain customer and lead data in CRM software
Track sales progress, follow-ups, and order status
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Inventory & Dispatch Coordination
Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the warehouse team
Ensure timely shipment and delivery of products
Internal Communication
Coordinate between sales, marketing, production, and dispatch teams
Support the sales team with data, reports, and follow-ups
Sales Support & Forecasting
Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning
Support the sales team in identifying repeat and new business opportunities
Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Experience
4-5 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or Sales Support Executive
Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, blowers, HVAC, or engineering products is preferred
Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar
Soft Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer-focused and detail-oriented
Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
