Job Description

Manage end-to-end sales coordination, from order entry to invoice and dispatch. Ensure accurate order entry and communication in MS Navision BS 365 ERP / Rattus system. Coordinate with Production and Dispatch teams to meet delivery schedules. Verify customer details, pricing, taxes, and product specs before confirmation. Act as the main contact for customers and internal teams on order and dispatch matters. Handle customer queries, documentation, and ensure timely issue resolution. Oversee dispatch operations, logistics coordination, and record accuracy. Maintain and update ERP data, reports, and ensure audit readiness. Prepare and share regular reports on sales orders, dispatches, and pending orders. Track KPIs and support management in forecasting, planning, and performance analysis.

Experience Preferable :

Minimum 8-12 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Operations, preferably in a Manufacturing or Engineering industry (Copper/Aluminium Wires, Cables, Conductors, or similar products).

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
