We are hiring Senior Sales Consultant for INTERNATIONAL GYM BRAND (Anytime Fitness)

Exp- 1 to 3 years

Age - Upto 32 years

Qualification - Graduate

Location - New Alipore

Sales Management:

Drive membership and training package sales through effective lead

qualification, consultation, follow-up, and conversion strategies.

? Brand Development & Community Outreach:

Promote through local B2B partnerships, influencer

collaborations, and community campaigns. Coordinate and execute

local marketing and engagement initiatives aligned with the

company's brand strategy.

? Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, motivate, and manage staff to achieve individual and

branch targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture

within the team.

? Operational Oversight:

Supervise daily branch activities including member services, facility

management, reporting, and database management. Ensure adherence

to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

? Customer Experience & Service:

Deliver exceptional service standards that encourage member

retention and referrals. Address member queries or concerns promptly

and professionally.
