Analysing the sales area, and market potential and keeping a track of competitor
activities.
- Conducting events and building a customer base in the allocated upcountry market.
- Planning and conducting acquisition activities in the case of select target groups in the
particular market area.
- Strive for at least 100% target achievement (monthly/ quarterly) as defined and
communicated.
Have utmost knowledge of all product lines and respective competitor products.
- Attend morning meetings/ weekly meetings as conducted by the senior sales
management.
Adhere and strive towards the achievement of defined KPIs. For eg Sales, Enquiries,
Test Drives, Finance penetration, Insurance penetration, Service Packages, Accessories,
Self-Acquisition of enquiries, etc
- Contacting customers according to the customer care loop.
- Follow standards and processes (for eg, dress code, sales process, showroom display,
etc)
- Timely follow-up after initial contact with the customer through the lead management
systems at the dealership
