Position Overview:



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant with expertise in B2C sales to join our dynamic sales team. As a sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our company's products to individual customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a willingness to learn and understand our product offerings.

Responsibilities:



Sales and Business Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales leads. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.

Client Management:

Meet with clients to discuss their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate terms and close sales agreements.

Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets. Monitor sales metrics and report on performance. Participate in the development of marketing strategies and campaigns.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and provide guidance to junior sales staff. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve sales processes. Lead by example and set high standards for performance and professionalism.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular sales reports for management review. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in Immigration industry. Knowledge of [specific sales techniques or methodologies relevant to the company]. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
