Key Responsibilities:
Attend walk-in customers and understand their vehicle requirements
Explain Nissan car models, features, pricing, and finance options
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers
Conduct test drives and close vehicle sales
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth
Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams
Maintain proper customer data and sales records
Ensure high customer satisfaction and post-sales follow-up
Eligibility & Requirements:
Graduate / 12th pass (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in automobile sales (Freshers with good communication skills can apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM systems
Valid driving license (mandatory)
Skills Required:
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Customer-focused approach
Ability to work under targets and pressure
Team player with positive attitude
