Job Title: Sr. Sales Consultant:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Sales Consultant to build strong relationships with clients seeking personalized hair loss treatment solutions. - The ideal candidate will offer tailored advice based on factors such as facial features, age, profession, personality, and individual expectations.- This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with clients on a personal level, providing tailored guidance and solutions while contributing to the growth and success of the studio.Key Responsibilities:- Individual will be responsible for new client sales along with upsell & cross selling.- Responsible to generate opportunities apart from what is provided by central marketing team via multiple channels (BD, MOU sign-ups, BTL activities, out station events etc.).- Play a role of SPOC for the clients who are brought on board. - Set daily consultation and revenue targets, regularly evaluating performance against objectives.- Achieve monthly revenue targets, driving the studio's financial growth utilising all revenue points.- Demonstrate an entrepreneurial mindset and work closely as a business partner to achieve shared goals.Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor's degree required.- Preferred age: 30 years and above.- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales.- Results-oriented approach with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Consultative, one-on-one selling approach.- Experience in working directly with high-net-worth clients (HNI) in face-to-face consultations.
