About the Role:
We are looking for a
Senior Business Development Manager
to drive sales growth in
SCADA, Electrical Automation, and Digital (Oblique) Transformation Solutions
. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial automation and proven experience in developing new business opportunities across the electrical and IT integration domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop business opportunities in
SCADA / Automation / Electrical systems
.
Promote
Oblique SCADA and digital transformation solutions
to clients across industrial and infrastructure sectors.
Build and manage relationships with
consultants, EPCs, and government clients
.
Prepare
technical-commercial proposals
and support bid management.
Achieve assigned
sales and revenue targets
through proactive client engagement.
Represent the company in
industry events and client meetings
.
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of
SCADA, PLC, RTU, and Electrical automation
.
Excellent
sales, negotiation, and presentation
skills.
Experience with
automation, electrical, or industrial IT solutions
.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and willing to travel.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech
in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / IT / Computer Engineering.
MBA
in Marketing or Business Development (preferred).
