Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesSenior Sales Associate



Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research. Promote and sell travel packages, tours, corporate travel solutions, and other tourism services. Understand customer needs and provide tailored travel solutions. Maintain long-term relationships with individual and corporate clients. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with operations and customer service teams for smooth client handling.

Sales Manager



Drive business development and identify new market opportunities (B2C & B2B). Manage and nurture client accounts, focusing on corporate clients, group tours, and high-value travelers. Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and packages with clients and vendors. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and MIS for management. Mentor and support junior sales team members.

Senior Sales Manager



Lead the sales team to achieve organizational growth and profitability. Develop and implement long-term business development strategies. Build strong partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event companies, and global partners. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest business expansion opportunities. Drive high-value deals, large group bookings, and corporate partnerships. Oversee sales budgets, targets, and performance KPIs. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking forums.

Key Skills & Competencies



Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of domestic & international travel destinations, packages, and tourism products. Ability to build long-term customer relationships. Strong business acumen and market awareness. Team leadership & people management skills (for Manager & Sr. Manager roles).

Qualifications & Experience



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field. MBA preferred for managerial roles.

Experience:

Senior Sales Associate:

2-4 years in Travel & Tourism Sales.

Sales Manager:

5-8 years in Travel & Tourism Sales, with some team-handling experience.

Senior Sales Manager:

8-12 years in Travel & Tourism Sales, with proven leadership and strategic management experience.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
