Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Business Development / Senior Sales Associate
to drive growth by managing the complete sales lifecycle and developing new business opportunities across multiple sectors. The role requires strong client-handling skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to close high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Identify and develop new business opportunities in
residential, commercial, hospitality, and government/CSR sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and institutional buyers
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, presentations, and product walkthroughs
Coordinate with design, engineering, and operations teams for project scoping and execution
Conduct client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and regular follow-ups
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
Candidate Requirements
Minimum
5 years of sales experience
, preferably in construction, real estate, prefabrication, building materials, or infrastructure
Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Marketing preferred)
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Result-oriented with strong closing abilities
Willingness to travel extensively for business purposes
