Role Description



The Senior Sales and Marketing Planning Manager is responsible for managing a team of sales and planning professionals, developing strategic sales plans, overseeing the execution of sales initiatives, and driving business growth. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop sales strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of marketing programs.

Responsibilities:



Oversee and manage the sales operations, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. Lead marketing operations initiatives, focusing on digital marketing channels and tactics. Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital ad campaigns, SEO strategies, and creative marketing efforts. In charge of a team, providing training, support, and leadership to ensure high performance. Oversee the marketing of all company products, ensuring cohesive and effective marketing strategies. Collaborate with product teams to align marketing efforts with product development and sales goals. Lead strategic planning sessions to align marketing and sales strategies with business objectives. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape. Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics. Prepare detailed reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:



Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 15-20 years of proven experience in marketing management, business development, and strategic planning In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies Strong understanding of B2B marketing Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities Experience in developing and executing sales strategies Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment Fluency in English and additional language skills in APAC region are a plus
