About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Senior Sales & Marketing Manager

to lead our sales operations and marketing initiatives across India. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our wide range of

musical instruments

to

schools, colleges, and institutions nationwide

. This role requires strong leadership, relationship management, and strategic planning to expand our market presence and achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement

national sales & marketing strategies

to drive growth in schools, colleges, and institutional segments.

Identify and build strong relationships with decision-makers in educational institutions across India.

Manage and motivate regional sales teams to achieve targets.

Plan and execute

marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, workshops, and events

to promote brand awareness.

Negotiate and close high-value institutional deals.

Provide discounts/offers on musical instruments as per company policy and prepare detailed reports accordingly.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to design effective strategies.

Prepare

monthly/quarterly sales and discount reports

and present to management.

Ensure after-sales support and long-term client satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

Education

: MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (mandatory).

Experience

: Minimum 4-8 years in sales & marketing, preferably in

education, music, or consumer products industry

.

Strong

networking and relationship-building skills

with schools and colleges.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to lead a team and manage nationwide sales operations.

Willingness to travel extensively across India.
