Key ResponsibilitiesBrand & Marketing Strategy

The manager is responsible for developing and executing detailed marketing plans and brand campaigns. This includes organizing product launches and promotional events designed to enhance the brand's visibility and engage target consumers effectively.

Sales & Channel Management

A core function of this role is to drive sales through diverse channels, with a particular focus on institutional clients such as 5-star hotels, premium bars, and lounges. The manager oversees the management of distribution networks to maximize reach and sales impact.

Market Analysis & Intelligence

Conducting thorough market research and analyzing sales data are vital components of the position. The manager monitors competitor activities and provides actionable insights to senior leadership, facilitating informed strategic planning.

Distribution & Operational Excellence

The manager optimizes the distribution network to ensure that products are readily available and that market coverage is efficient. This involves close coordination with bottlers and distributors to maintain operational effectiveness.

Team Leadership

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, and motivating both sales and marketing teams. The manager is tasked with fostering a high-performance culture to achieve overall business objectives.

Regulatory Compliance
