Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets in the assigned region.
Manage and expand a network of dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to position products effectively.
Build long-term relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Experience:
Minimum 2-5 years of B2B sales experience in

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of sales processes in industrial, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing sales targets and territory management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively as required.
