Sales and Marketing Manager / Business Development Head
Job Summary:
The Senior Sales and Marketing Executive for a B2B Travel Agency will be responsible for driving revenue growth by building strong partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, excellent sales and marketing skills, and the ability to lead and manage strategic initiatives to expand the agency's market share.
Key Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a sales strategy to target travel agents, tour operators, and corporate travel partners.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with B2B clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Present tailored travel packages, deals, and services to potential partners to meet their business needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and commission rates effectively.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Train and guide junior sales staff as needed to achieve team targets.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing campaigns to promote the agency's B2B services, including offline and online channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry expos to showcase the agency's offerings.
Manage the agency's online presence, including website updates and social media campaigns, to attract B2B clients.
Strategic Initiatives:
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in emerging travel markets.
Work closely with operations and product teams to develop customized travel packages for B2B clients.
Implement CRM tools to manage and optimize client relationships.
Contribute to the development of annual sales and marketing budgets and strategies
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
12 + Diploma, Graduate, Marketing, Tourism or a related field.
Experience:
+2 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of B2B travel agency operations and market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and MS Office Suite.
Ability to lead initiatives and work collaboratively across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
