Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Experience Required: 1 to 3 years

Employment Type: Full-time

Location: Bangalore

Preferred Candidate: Should own a two-wheeler

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, generate, and manage new business leads across target markets. Execute sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals. Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and competitors. Represent the company at meetings, events, and customer interactions. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients showcasing products and services. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and feedback to management.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing (industrial or B2B sector preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a dedicated, long-term growth vision. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
