Generate, qualify, and convert leads into site visits and sales.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by management.
Client Handling & Relationship Management:
Conduct site visits with clients and provide property details, pricing, and project benefits.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure referrals and repeat sales.
Handle customer queries, negotiations, and closures professionally.
Marketing & Promotion:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, digital promotions, and events (property fairs, exhibitions, etc.).
Coordinate with the marketing team for brochures, advertisements, and online listings.
Manage social media and online platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.) to ensure timely updates and lead generation.
Market Research & Analysis:
Track competitor projects, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
Provide inputs to management on product positioning and pricing strategies.
Documentation & Coordination:
Coordinate with CRM and legal teams for booking forms, agreements, and payment follow-ups.
Maintain daily sales reports, customer data, and follow-up logs.
Ensure accurate documentation during deal closures and handovers.
Brand Representation:
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, events, and exhibitions.
Ensure excellent presentation and communication aligned with brand image.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in real estate sales or property marketing.
Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Good understanding of real estate markets, customer profiles, and sales funnels.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online property portals.
