Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our growing team and drive brand presence, customer engagement, and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned regions and segments (dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and retail customers). Generate leads, conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits. Promote Polygranite India's full product range with strong product knowledge and customer handling skills. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured planning and follow-up. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key market influencers. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand visibility initiatives. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for strategy improvement. Manage social media promotions, digital marketing content, and brand communication (optional depending on role). Ensure timely reporting of sales performance, customer feedback, and market analytics to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Qualification: Graduation in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 5-6years in building materials, interior products, hardware, or related industries. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage field activities efficiently. Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms. Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred for field sales).
