Any Bachelor's degree (B. Tech/BA or equivalent; Civil/Mechanical preferred but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities by visiting active construction sites, roadwork projects, and real estate developments in assigned territories
. o Promote and sell construction materials such as stone aggregates, bricks, and AAC blocks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with masons, builders, contractors, and other key industry professionals.
Educate potential clients about ServCrust's product portfolio, highlighting key value propositions.
Proactively generate and qualify sales leads through regular field visits.
Maintain an up-to-date database of industry contacts and track sales activities.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure timely follow-up.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
Requirements:
Experience in B2C field sales (freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome to apply.)
For experienced candidates, experience in any building materials or construction industry is mandatory.
Must own and be able to operate a two-wheeler for daily field visits.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
