Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom, providing a premium brand experience.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable motorcycle models and accessories.
Explain product features, specifications, finance options, and after-sales services.
Conduct test rides and ensure customer comfort and safety during the process.
Follow up on enquiries and leads to convert them into sales.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.
Ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth customer handling.
Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and ride activities organized by the dealership.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and competitor offerings.
Ensure proper display, cleanliness, and organization of motorcycles in the showroom.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Automobile background preferred).
1-3 years of experience in premium automobile or two-wheeler sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for motorcycles and good knowledge of the biking community.
Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
Ability to achieve targets and work under pressure.
Customer-oriented attitude with a focus on relationship building.
