• Three years full time Diploma / Degree in Engineering from DOTE, Tamilnadu with one-year full time Post Diploma (or) Advanced diploma in Industrial safety from Ministry of Labour Institutes (RLI/CLI), DGFASLI, Ministry of Labour, Government of India. (OR)
• Four Year Full time engineering in Technology from UGC approved college (Preferably Mechanical/Electrical Engineering) with Masters in Industrial Safety approved by Directorate of Industrial Safety and Health, Ministry of Labour, Government of Tamilnadu.

5.NO OF YEARS EXPERIENCE EXPECTED FOR THE POSITION : 15 years & above in Heavy Engineering Construction6.JOB PROFILE / ROLE DISCRIPTION:

• Lead /Internal Auditor in ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 management system
• Managing , Coordinating and close out of Internal, External audits
• Attending corporate EHS and Sustainability meetings and reporting
• Manage EHS & ESG activities and documentations
• Ability to guide the team to develop, implement, and maintain all environmental, safety and sustainability programs, policies and procedures based on leading indicators and actions.
• Establish Emergency Preparedness plan and conduct regular mock drills
• Conduct, EHS awareness trainings among all contractors and employees.
• Conduct regular EHS Inspections, Surveys and audits in sites to identify any potential hazards or safety issues and reported and follow up for close outs
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and advancement in safety technology
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong knowledge of relevant EHS regulations and Standards
• Promoting and Implementing BBS Culture
• Attention to detail and strong problem solving skills
• Lead safety meetings and initiatives to promote a culture of safety awareness
• Lead Incident Investigation
• Proficiency in MS Office and other safety management software
