We are looking for an experienced SaaS Business Development Manager to drive
outbound sales and new business acquisition
for Collatzinc. This is a hands-on role focused on
cold outreach, campaign execution, pipeline ownership, and closures
for software services.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through
cold email, LinkedIn outreach, and direct prospecting
Own the
sales pipeline end-to-end
using tools like Pipedrive
Plan and execute
outbound marketing campaigns
using Mailchimp or similar tools
Conduct discovery calls and convert qualified leads into clients
Work closely with leadership on pricing, proposals, and deal closure
Guide and coordinate
the junior marketing executives
Expand lead generation beyond marketplace channels
Required Experience & Skills
4-6 years in
software services or SaaS sales
Proven experience in
cold B2B outreach and lead conversion
Hands-on experience with
Pipedrive, Mailchimp
, or similar tools
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable selling
custom software, AI, and digital services
to global SMEs
