Essential Job Functions:

• Connect with the team to discuss projects and applications.
• Review application requirements and designs.
• Monitor and improve performance for existing applications.
• Troubleshooting and debugging application codes.
• Document application changes and development updates.
• Contribute to planning, design, implementation, testing, and process improvement.
• Stay up to date on new features/libraries/tech of RPA and emerging technologies.

Qualifications:

• Experience Level: 4+ years
• Relevant Experience required: 4+ Years
• Education Required: Bachelor's / Masters
• Bachelors or Masters in CS/IT technology or a similar field.
• Must have experience working with any programming language as well as experience in using Robotic Process Automation tools, like UiPath, Automation Anywhere or BluePrism. Experience with UiPath will be preferred.
• Must have exposure to working with any one web-based automation and ERP systems like (SAP/MS AX Dynamics/Oracle EBS etc.)
• Have an experience with design and develop automation scripts using appropriate tools and frameworks
• Have an exposure to Test Automation Framework would be an addition
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills, with higher logical reasoning for finding an alternative to increase performance.
• Exposure to working with cloud technologies like AWS/Azure would be an advantage.
• Experience working with .NET/JAVA/Python will be an addition.
• Exposure of Third-Party Integration with UiPath will be an addition.
• Certification in any RPA tool is the must.
• Must have exposure to UiPath Orchestrator with all functionalities and features.
• Must have experience with RE framework in UiPath with all basic automation activities.
• Exposure to UiPath Document understanding, Automation Hub and ML features will be addition.

• Minimum of 3 years of RPA Developer experience
• Minimum of 2 years of IT experience in .net development AND RPA implementation.
• Experience with Oracle DB development such as PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, packages etc.
• Hands on experience in Robotic automation using the RPA software like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Work Fusion, UiPath.
• Minimum of 5 to 8 years of RPA Developer experience.
• At least 5-10 RPA project (end to end implementation, not just PoC) should be executed in any RPA product.
