You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using modern technologies. This role requires proficiency in Python for automation scripting, expertise in building interactive user interfaces with the React Framework and Next.js, and hands-on experience with MongoDB and GraphQL for data handling and integration. Additionally, knowledge of Generative AI (GenAI) will be a significant advantage to build intelligent automation solutionsKey Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Utilize Python to build robust automation scripts and workflows.
• Create interactive and dynamic web applications using React Framework and Next.js.
• Integrate and manage data using MongoDB, ensuring data consistency and optimal performance.
• Implement GraphQL APIs to enable seamless data communication between frontend and backend.
• Leverage Generative AI (GenAI) technologies to enhance automation processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design automation solutions.
• Perform unit testing and integration testing to ensure reliable automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Document automation processes, technical specifications, and best practices.

Skills Required:

• 8 to 10 years of experience in RPA development and automation.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and process automation.
• Strong experience with the React Framework and Next.js for building web applications.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB for data storage and management.
• Proficient in creating and managing GraphQL APIs for data fetching and manipulation.
• Familiarity with Generative AI (GenAI) concepts and implementation.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integration practices.
• Knowledge of UI/UX best practices to create intuitive and user-friendly applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8 to 10 years of experience in RPA development and automation
