As a Senior RPA Consultant mainly UI path, you will be responsible for leading and executing end-to-end RPA projects for our esteemed clients. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including business leaders, process owners, and technical teams, to analyze, design, develop, and implement automation solutions that optimize and streamline business processes.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and identify automation opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather information, analyze existing workflows, and design RPA solutions that align with the clients' strategic objectives.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.

- Design and architect RPA solutions, including process flow diagrams, technical specifications, and other documentation to support the development and deployment of automation bots.

- Configure, develop, and test RPA bots using leading RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) to ensure the automation solutions meet the clients' requirements and quality standards.

- Conduct thorough testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of RPA bots to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and efficiency.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior RPA consultants and development teams during the project lifecycle.

- Conduct RPA training sessions for client users to facilitate the smooth adoption and integration of automation solutions into their day-to-day operations.

- Monitor and support the performance of deployed RPA bots, identify and address any issues, and recommend continuous improvement measures.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies, best practices, and industry trends to bring innovative solutions to our clients and contribute to the enhancement of our RPA practice.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

- Proven experience (minimum 6 years) in designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using leading RPA platforms (UiPath and power platform)

- Strong understanding of business processes and experience in process analysis, process mapping, and process optimization.

- Proficient in various scripting languages and technologies commonly used in RPA development, such as Python, C#, Java, etc.

- Solid understanding of data structures, databases, APIs, and integration techniques to enable seamless automation of end-to-end processes.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically to address complex automation challenges.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

- Relevant RPA certifications (e.g., UiPath RPA advanced certification and Power platform certification) are highly desirable.

- Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for client engagements.
