We are expanding our core engineering team and looking for a

Senior Robotics Engineer

who is passionate about robotics, control systems, and advanced mechatronics.

Key Responsibilities



Lead the design, development, and testing of robotic systems including

bionic hands, elbows, and wearable exoskeletons

. Develop and optimize

motor control algorithms

for DC/BLDC motors, servo systems, and actuators. Work with

EMG sensors, IMUs, force sensors, and feedback systems

for real-time robotic control. Design and test

mechanical assemblies

, linkages, and actuator mechanisms. Develop embedded software for

Arduino, ESP32, STM32, Raspberry Pi, or similar controllers

. Collaborate with electronics, software, and mechanical teams to bring prototypes to production level. Troubleshoot issues related to electronics noise, control stability, power systems, and sensor accuracy. Participate in R&D, rapid prototyping, and continuous improvements of existing bionic devices.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in

Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering

, or related field. Minimum

2 years of hands-on experience in robotics or mechatronics projects

. Strong knowledge of: Motor control (DC, BLDC, servo motors) Microcontrollers (Arduino, STM32, ESP32, PIC, etc.) PID control, feedback systems, and real-time control Embedded C/C++ or Python Understanding of Mechanical design using

Fusion 360 / SolidWorks / Creo

Understanding of

sensor integration

(EMG, IMU, force/pressure, encoders). Experience with

3D printing

, prototype building, and hardware debugging. Ability to read and design

PCBs, wiring diagrams, and schematics

(Altium/KiCad preferred). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an R&D environment.

Preferred Qualifications



Hands-on experience building

robotics systems, manipulators, or custom actuators

. Candidates from

Kerala

preferred due to location and on-site work requirements.
