Senior Security Manager
Role Overview:
The Senior Risk and Compliance Manager - India is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing
physical security strategies, programs, and operations across all business locations in India. This
role ensures the safety and security of employees, assets, and operations while maintaining
compliance with global standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead all aspects of physical security operations across offices, campuses, data centers, and other
facilities in India.
- Develop and execute risk-based security programs, crisis response plans, and emergency
protocols.
- Liaise with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and local authorities to monitor threats and
manage incidents.
- Oversee security vendors, including contract negotiations, performance management, and
compliance with SLAs.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations, and present actionable
insights to senior leadership.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Facilities, IT) to support secure business
operations and events.
- Ensure alignment with global security frameworks, standards, and reporting protocols.
- Manage budget planning, cost controls, and security project implementation.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to site-level security teams and foster a proactive security
culture.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in physical security, corporate security, or related fields.
- Proven leadership experience managing regional or national security operations.
- Strong understanding of Indian legal and regulatory security frameworks.
- Experience working in a multinational or high-risk industry (Tech, BFSI, Manufacturing, etc.).
- Familiarity with electronic security systems, risk management tools, and crisis management
processes.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant certifications (CPP, PSP, etc.) preferred.
