About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Reward to lead and manage all aspects of reward across Asia Pacific, primarily focusing on India and Philippines, supporting approximately 10,000 employees. This is an individual contributor role with significant influence across the region, partnering with senior stakeholders and driving strategic reward initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary resource and specialist on all reward matters for India and Philippines.
  • Manage and direct compensation programs, ensuring alignment with company philosophy and compliance with local legislation.
  • Consult with business leaders to assess and enhance the effectiveness of reward programs for talent attraction and retention.
  • Lead and deliver wider Reward Team projects utilizing large data sets and analyzing the information to present challenges/opportunities, market comparisons and recommendations through a concise, user-friendly format.
  • Effectively partner and influence stakeholders across the wider People Function and business where necessary to ensure the best project outcomes.
  • Lead on pay benchmarking & market intelligence for the locations and business areas covered - working with external consultant and vendors to provide market data on total compensation.
  • Scope, design and deliver ad hoc information from a Reward perspective for Heads of People, People Partners, Reward and business stakeholders.
  • Provide timely reward analysis and recommendations in event of meaningful changes to market conditions/inflation etc. across the region.
  • Support the upkeep of job architecture framework by reviewing job descriptions, levelling roles and providing analytics.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in compensation and reward management within financial services or regulated, multi-country environments.
  • Deep knowledge of country-specific reward policies, pay ranges, job architecture, pay equity, and India labor laws.
  • Strong data analysis and insight presentation skills.
  • Advanced HRIS/HR systems knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Gravitas to interface with senior leaders and People partners across the region.
  • Customer-centric approach to solving business challenges.
