repare structural detail and design drawings for various building and construction types to be built predominantly in US H
ands on experience of Revit Structures software, Revit families and AutoCAD. M
odelling Concrete and Steel elements in Revit Structures software. Knowledge of wood structures and wood construction will be added advantage. G
ood working knowledge of Revit Structures with ability to use all standard functions within Revit Structures, Parametric Families creation. E
xperience of Reinforcement drawing and rebar detailing. E
xperience of working on several sized projects, as the sole CAD/BIM support and as part of a wider CAD/BIM team G
ood understanding of the role of consultant engineers and how to support this, Clear understanding of industry standards R
*esponsible for Revit and CAD standards, implementation, and enforcement, Create Revit families in response to project requirements
C
reate work sets, work-sharing methodologies in Revit Models, Project delivery responsibility on agreed schedules C
reation and maintenance of the software template files to assure standards, automate routines to support standards and productivity P
rovide quality control for completeness and adherence to company standards of all drawings produced A
ssist in developing and enforcing BIM documentation and workflow process standards P
roduce work to specified WSP in India CAD standards, suggest revisions to standards as appropriate F
lag resource concerns in advance to CAD/BIM manager. U
se templates for CAD/BIM work and use CAD/BIM library items to assist design work F
ollow QA, document control, archiving & CDM guidelines on all work, Work with project team members on specified aspects of the project
